Instructions – Payment of dues – DHA City Karachi (dck)

At the time of submission of Installments, following information be given on the back of Pay Order / Demand Draft or while submitting through the banks:

  • Name
  • Ref No of Information Letter
  • Membership No
  • Installment No
  • CNIC No
  • Plot Size

Payment of dues through banks – DHA City Karachi plots

  1. Members of DHA City Karachi (Allottees / Transferees) are hereby informed that they can now make payment of dues of their plots in the designated branches of following Banks:-

  2. The aforementioned banks have also arranged desks at DHA Head Office for collection of the dues against DHA City Karachi plots.

    Direct transfer facility for overseas pakistanis – DHA City Karachi plots

    Overseas Pakistanis can directly transfer their DHA City Karachi installments in DHA Account through Habib Bank Limited and Bank Alfalah.

    Transfer to Habib Bank Ltd Account (Only USD)
    1. In order to provide convenience and quality service to its customers; we have entered into an agreement with HBL “The Largest Private Bank of Pakistan” for expediting your installments to DHA in the most effective manner.
    2. All Customers of DHA – City can use 45 International Branches of HBL which are present in 25 Countries for routing of their installments to DHA account with HBL. However; if HBL Branch is not close to your vicinity then you may visit your existing or any other Bank for transferring of funds directly to DHA’s account with HBL.
    3. Members can utilize this service through following steps: –

      • Fill out the printed copy of remittance form.
      • Submit the completed form along-with installments’ amount at your nearest Bank. Click here to download the list of HBL’s International Branches.
