Creek Vista Apartments is located on khayaban-e-shaheen and 16th street of phase VIII, DHA, Karachi. It`s a exceptionally beautiful location and a view that you will find mesmerizing.

Creek Vista Apartments is a part of a mega project of DHA Karachi, named “Creek City”, which encompasses luxurious high-rise waterfront residential towers overlooking Karachi creek, Arabian Sea and DHA Gold Club. Its designed and development by international architects and consultant M/s Meinhardt, Meinhardt is a multidisciplinary engineering firm that annually consults on projects worth an estimated US$15 billions.

Creek Vistas is designed to redefine the standard of luxurious living and to offer a tranquil life, with safety and security of its residents as its paramount concern. Creek Vista Apartments endeavors to eliminate concerns of the worried mind. Its spread over 16 acres of residential land. Only a quarter of land is used for the building and remaining is utilized for water bodies, garden and public amenities. Creek Vistas have twelve towers; all towers are 16 floors high. Each tower has fifty-six apartments and four penthouses. All together it has 720 residential units.

Creek Vistas is detailed. Every aspect of modern living was conceived and worked out. Every apartment is a corner apartment and have two balconies. The whole project has massive backup generators, which provide load to both the apartments and project facilities. Creek Vista Apartments have 24 hours water supply. The mantenance of the project is looked after by DHA itself. In each tower there are two passenger and one cargo lift which are operated by key cards.

Creek Vista Apartments is a gated community and monitored by DHA professional vigilant staff, the entrance is access restricted, every entrant must proof their identity and purpose of visit. The residents are provided with Resident Cards, car Stickers, and private-lift-cards. The project is additionally monitored by a state of art security system. Numerous CCTV Cameras and Motion detectors are installed in premises. Everything is connected to a Centralized Monitoring system.

The project provides all the daily necessities and facilities of a luxurious and peaceful living. It has a magnificent clubhouse/community centre, a super-mart and two parks with children’s play area within its boundary.
